Each local customs have its own set of regulations regarding international
shipping. There are many country-specific laws, regulations, and
restrictions that may impact the delivery of your shipment. We highly
recommend contacting your local customs to find out more about its specific
policies.
All international orders are eligible for return within 120 days of the order
date. You may only return items that are unopened and sealed. When we
receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will refund your account for
the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs and discounts.
If the shipping costs to return the order are greater than the refund, our
carriers are instructed to withhold the order. Also, if a product is seized
by customs, we cannot issue a refund for your order.
Order tracking is dependent on the carrier you choose upon checkout. Below is
