I'm hesitant to loudly proclaim the efficacy of this product, having used it less than a month, but searching online for general info on the ingredients, I think I'll be using this for years. (That's the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.) Or at least until I move! Strangely, 2 of my (adult) children and I began having kidney stones at approximately the same time - not same age - which I tentatively explain by our living area: *really* hard water. Good for strong bones & teeth, but excess calcium in the entire system? Not so good - like lime buildup in water pipes!
